Josh has lived in the non-profit world for over 13 years, covering everything from Director of Marketing to Executive Director. His knowledge of grants and marketing is as extensive as his knowledge of football. Trust us...that's a LOT!
From marketing a multi-million dollar public non-profit to writing (and winning) multi-million dollar grants, Josh has done it all, except hitting the multi-million lottery.
Josh stays busy coaching football and baseball, which basically means he spends half his life in cleats and the other half washing grass stains out of them. At home, he’s outnumbered by three energetic sons who treat the living room like a practice field, and a wife who somehow keeps the whole team in line. Between whistles, bats, and endless snack runs, Josh is basically running a 24/7 sports franchise.

Niki found herself in the media world for 27 years. Writing and producing commercials became a love of hers, second to entertaining a couple hundred thousand people every morning, on the air. She has received awards for commercial writing, has been the social media diva and web design extraordinaire for tech organizations, several non-profits, towing companies, ice cream parlors, municipalities, real estate, and manufacturing companies. She just has the creative touch that can fit any kind of organization.
With her kids grown and out of the house, Niki has redirected all her ‘mom energy’ into bugging her husband about the next big DIY remodel—because apparently, there’s always one more project that ‘won’t take long.’ When she’s not supervising renovations, you’ll find her on the front porch, with a cup of coffee in hand, living her best life with her Great Dane, Augustus, who’s basically her oversized shadow and equally invested in neighborhood people-watching.
