Josh Yoder is a seasoned business and public affairs professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, government relations, economic development, and organizational planning. His career has been defined by a commitment to creating meaningful, measurable impact across both public and private sectors.
As the Founder and Principal of Prosperity Grants & Development, Josh leverages his extensive knowledge of government processes, stakeholder engagement, and funding strategies to help communities and organizations achieve transformational outcomes. Prior to launching Prosperity, he served as the Executive Director of a community-based nonprofit, where he led a successful organizational turnaround—transitioning the agency from an anti-poverty focus to a leading regional force in economic development.
Josh has worked closely with local, state, and federal elected officials to advance critical community initiatives and secure strategic investments. His ability to navigate complex policy environments and build consensus among diverse stakeholders has earned him a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and results-driven leader.
Throughout his career, Josh has served on numerous boards and advisory committees, providing guidance on economic policy, community development, and organizational governance. He brings a nuanced understanding of administrative systems and a deep awareness of what drives decision-making within government at all levels.
A graduate of Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications degree, he remains actively engaged in civic leadership, serving on multiple boards of directors across Cambria County, where he continues to contribute to regional growth and innovation.
Niki ashbrook
From on-air personality to Chief Operating Officer, Niki has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of business – both for- and non-profit.
From her 28 years in marketing, Niki’s forte is creativity. From designing websites to management of social media platforms for several types of businesses and organizations, to promotions, small and large events, client success management, media relations, fundraising, and grant writing; there really isn’t anything Niki hasn’t tackled.
Niki brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and grant writing skills, using strategic communication, storytelling, and audience-focused messaging to secure funding and strengthen organizational visibility. Her background in marketing has equipped her with the ability to craft compelling narratives, analyze target audiences, and build persuasive campaigns—skills that directly translate into writing successful grant proposals and fostering donor engagement. This combined experience allows her to not only identify funding opportunities but also position organizations in ways that maximize both financial support and community impact.
Niki is never afraid of a challenge. She’s been to the state capitol to advocate for several groups to requesting money for sponsorships and fundraising for small-school boosters clubs and non-profit organizations. She is a relationship builder, naturally, and genuinely loves interaction with diverse amounts of people.
She holds an associates degree from Allegeny College of Maryland in General Studies, focusing on marketing and management.
